Bunch o dregs into a saison started out like this.

Put the beer onto 10lbs of peaches and turned into this. Bottled it a week ago, can't wait for the results.

Took the slurry and dumped it into a new saison batch. Will be bottling soon.

And yes, these are in buckets (some people have a problem with that?). Haven't had a problem, the culture and fermentation temps have been rocking at producing some tasty beer.

Ain't nothin wrong with a good ol' bucket
 
These beers were pretty dry when transfered and/or pretty dry in general so they dont have the good bubbly pellicle pictures rrrybody used to.

This is a blend of the POS TBHC beer that I made that I didn't know what to do with the rest of and a pilsner that I had sitting around that got my bugs and WLP648 brett trois vrai

This is an extra gallon of a beer I put way too many blueberries into and needed to store it for a bit

And this is the blueberry beer...I know, it looks like mold. It's not.
