Hi all,

Has anyone seen a re-circulation arm drilled through the lid of a coleman cooler? I'm thinking something as simple as a hand-crank attached to the lid might work.

Anyone seen something like this before?

Round or square???
I chose to go through the side on my igloo. not sure why you'd want to go through the top?

Well for 1 reason I wouldn't go in from the side is, I don't want anything in the way or to keep bumping my spoon into all the time. It's bad enough I have a dip tube to hit on the bottom {I'm gona fix that, Next upgrade will be a bottom drain mashtun}

2 nd reason, you can get more grain in your tun. you'll loose at least 2 " from below the lid to go in from the side. I just was happy I had the extra 2 or so inches in my last batch..........I needed it!

I may be wrong but I think he is looking for a mechanical way to stir his mash. Thats what I got from the "Hand Crank" part
