This morning i bottled up my 3rd rendition of my amber ale. I've been making this one over and over trying to get the color, flavor and hop profile the way i like it. This batch got hit with a nice healthy does of citra which i have never used before. I also tried a new yeast. the fruit aroma was intoxicating. The air was full of mango, grapefruit and juicyfruit/fruitstripe gum. buy the time i was done i was starving. For thos that are interested this was my hops sched and yeast
