Cooper's IPA last weekend and I just set the airlock on a batch of Brewer's Best Robust Porter now. The question is, what shall I brew next weekend? Suggestions welcome.

Since it's summer, I say you make a honey wheat.

one of my summer brews is a strawberry blonde. the ladies love it and it is nice and refreshing to enjoy on a hot summer's day.

The recipe is on HBT under fruit beer.

American brown ale or another vote for a honey wheat.
I don't like wheat beers, but while steeping the honey malt I noticed how good it smelled and was determined to give it a try. Mmmmm! Quite good, but needs more honey and honey malt. I'll certainly be revising and brewing it again.

It depends on what you have available, and if you want a kit or not. If you're going to mail order, I'd probably go with a cream ale from northernbrewer.com or austinhomebrew.com. I also like the thought of a Fat Tire clone from AHS for spring/summer: http://www.austinhomebrew.com/produ...=1113&osCsid=342882d5ef95abca335e2fa879c5b1a9

If you want to stick with Brewer's Best, I've done a couple of them that I thought were really good. One was a red, and it came out really well.
