Hello!
I've been brewing small batches for about 7 years. By small, I mean it, with my smallest batch being a dry-hopped 12oz "brew in a bottle". But mostly these days I'm doing 1 - 1.5 gallons. This small size enables me to do everything rapidly, with brew days being knocked out in 2.5 - 3.5 hours, cleaning included.
I'm looking forward to sharing my bizarre brewing adventure, some of which will be in the form of questions that sound crazy for people operating in the 1bbl+ (aka pro) range.
Cheers
