what have been your experiences with the hybrids yeasts? what did you ferment at? san fran, cali lager, cry havoc, cream ale blend, etc.

I like the cream ale blend. I used Pils malt along with some Carapils and Hallertauer. I was getting some sulphur when I kegged but it went away in a couple of weeks. The only thing that was odd was that it took 3 weeks to finish in the primary, just like a lager. A thick layer of krausen was on top and never went away. The beer was very good. Ferm temp 66 F.
