We have just started test brewing with this, but if this is anything like Lalbrew Novalager™ Hybrid Lager Yeast or their Farmhouse Hybrid Ale Yeast, it should be a winnner! You should put together a "new yeast sampler".. I don't know who might buy it, but if you don't tell my wife, or pack them all in those stainless tumblers, I'm sure some would be headed my way.

My club did a test batch with this yeast, was tasty but I still prefer Verdant
