Hmm, sounds good, but can you control the fermentation temperature if you loose power?

ha ha! funny really. Here it doesn't get about the low 70's very often so it's easy to forget that those on mainland US, need to think of their ferment temps in the summer, and that I'd guess that can swing quite wildly, especially during hurricane season.......

The UK might have it's problems, but temperature isn't usually one of them......
 
I'm not worried about the temp, its in the basement, and the only time I need to worry about that is in the winter, fortunately.
