Any suggestions?
 
I don't know if you really want that chocolate malt in your dunkel...I used a quarter pound in my first one along with a 50/50 pils/dark wheat split and the flavor from the chocolate was very pronounced. The beer ended up tasting very roasty. If thats what you're looking for go ahead...

I wish I had used carafa instead.

I don't think crystal is typically used in a dunkel, but by all means a quarter pound is a good amount if you want it.
 
good looks, deff don';t want a lot of roast, ill kick the chocolate back to .13 lbs, I'm going to keep the carmal just for the hell of it. Also switched up the yeast, going to use 3068 instead. thanks for the response
 
Good change up on the yeast...I didn't even notice that to start with.
