You can turn any extract wheat recipe into a cherry wheat by adding a pound or two of tart cherries towards the end of the fermentation.

I am curious to know how that turns out. My wife really likes the SA cherry wheat. I think it has a small "cough syrup" taste to it though. I bet the fresh cherries would be great in the fermenter though.
