I want to start using Beer Smith, but I do not see Munton's Light LME as an ingredient. I tried adding it manually, but I have no idea what values to use.

There used to be add on files for different brands of grain and extract. I can't find them on the site now. But it says there's an add on button on BS-2 try clicking that.

Well all liguid malt extracts show a potential of 1.038 so go with that for that number. I found online that munton's extra pale has an srm of 3. Light has an srm of 5

The values can be found on beercalcullus, you can go to recipe the add 1 pound of whatever the grain or extract is, and see the numbers pop up on the right side of the line the PPG and Lovibond....
