Im brewing a hefeweizen tomorrow, but I have a question. I´m using munich yeast on the paquet it says to use 1g per lt of wort. so should I use 2 paquets for a 5 gallon (19 lts) batch?

Thanks

One packet may be fine depending on the gravity the beer is going to be.

If the beer is 1.050 or less, then one pack is probably fine. If it is bigger than 1.050, then I would probably use 2...

If you're doing a starter one package is plenty.
What is your OG?
Because I agree if it is up there then two packages will be sufficient with no starter.

Those are 11 gram packages, I believe, and so one package is more than adequate for most 5 gallon batches. If it is an 11 gram package, it's more than enough yeast for 19 liters of 1.050 wort!

I made my hefeweizen today, I ended up with an OG of 1.052 a little more than I was hoping, guess that decoction worked really well!!!!. I pitched 1 packet (11 grams) of munich yeast, should that be enough for 5 gallons?

YES, it is fine. That should work nicely.
