Hello, I'm going to be brewing a pale ale next. It is a 5.5 gallon batch my hops are
.25 Columbus at 45min.
.75 Columbus at 15min.
1oz Cascade at 10min.
1oz Centennial at 5min.

46.83 ibus

Debating to add another ounce of something at flameout. Thoughts?

That looks pretty good and you could certainly throw in another ounce or two at flameout if you wanted to, as it wouldn't give any ibu's. 45-55 ibu's are what I shoot for in my pale ales unless it's a clone recipe.

That is a personal choice. How hoppy do you want it? For me I would not add any more Cascade and Centennial are pretty flavorful.

In a 2.5 gallon batch of a SMaSH I did recently I used only 1.5 ounces of Centennial. It was plenty hoppy. .5 ounce at 60 minutes and 1 ounce at 10 minutes. 39.1 IBU.
