How much Cara Pils/Foam?

Just curious as to whats the % of carapils/carafoam for a 5 gallon batch for descent amount of head?.

2-5% works for me. Depends on recipes. For wheat, I use about 10%

I usually use between 4-6oz for a 5 gallon batch. Any more than that doesnt seem necessary. But I also liked using flaked barley and wheat (flaked and regular) for better retention.
