It all falls under my want to be better at making mead and having mead around to age and see what happens. If I don't make more than I drink, I won't have any around to age.

Items like the Session's and the Christmas are expected to be mostly for immediate consumption; well the Christmas one will get close to a year of aging before being given away. My Cysers are close to immediate consumption as well and I do love those.

I tend to purchase the 5 gallon buckets, but the latest price hikes have me in sticker shock.

@MightyMosin, I was looking over your list of flavors you've created this year & I was wondering, would you be willing to share your recipe & process for the pineapple mead with Mesquite honey, please?
I have a pineapple bochet that's almost done primary now, & would be interested in doing a batch with the mesquite honey I bought last year & haven't found one to use it with yet. It would be good to compare the two, even though they'd be separated by 2-3 months in aging to tell any real differences.
