i'm making another 5 gallons this weekend. i made some around xmas time and it's only now really coming into it's own. great apple taste as well as a strong flavour, like uk dry cider, really. chicks dig it, which is never a bad thing!
I have just started sampling some of my first batch. I like my wine sweeter, I think next time I will use more juice and add another pound of surgar. Has anyone else tried a sweeter version??
