i'm making another 5 gallons this weekend. i made some around xmas time and it's only now really coming into it's own. great apple taste as well as a strong flavour, like uk dry cider, really. chicks dig it, which is never a bad thing!

Just kegged a batch yesterday - I drank my first batch without carbing it, so it'll be interesting to see how it is when it's sparkling.
