I just brewed a batch of my Belgian single. I call it Monorchid. I was screwing around with ChatGPT the other day on my lunch break at work and made a label.

3 gallons of West Coast Pilsner bittered with Columbus, whirlpooled with Chinook, and keg hopped with Columbus, Chinook, El Dorado, Amarillo, and Galaxy (basically made from "leftover" hops in my freezer with Columbus and Chinook being the hops I had the most of that I wanted to use).

1675.5 + 3 = 1678.5

I like your hop additions. I have been considering a brew based on Chinook, El Dorado, and Amarillo. Do you have thoughts on the timing of the additions? Amarillo primarily for aroma with Chinook/ El Dorado for bittering and flavor?

In this case, I went with Columbus for bittering, Chinook for whirlpool (aroma and flavor, but not quite as strong as dry hopping), then Columbus, Chinook, El Dorado, Amarillo, and Galaxy for keg hopping (basically dry hopping but in the keg at fridge/lagering temperatures).

Personally I do think Amarillo, Chinook, and El Dorado are all amazing for aroma and flavor, but I do think that if I made a beer with all 3 and nothing more, I'd go with Chinook for the bittering addition. El Dorado has the most unique flavor of the bunch in my opinion, so I do think it'd be best done as either whirlpooling/hop stand or dry hopping, but all three of the hops taste awesome as whirlpool or dry hop additions. Chinook is great in all those roles, but it does have a nice smooth bittering in my opinion. I did a recent beer where I used El Dorado for bittering, flavor, aroma, whirlpooling, and dry hopping, and it is a great beer. And before that I did a beer with Amarillo as a flameout addition and the flavor REALLY came out in the final beer.

All grain recipe based off a Kona big wave clone with a few tweaks split in half to try 2 different yeast strains. Us-05 vs verdant. Only my 19th batch of beer, so trying to find all the things I like so hopefully I get to a brew and repeat recipe some day.
I do have a maple brown ale recipe that's almost locked in, gonna try bourbon barrel chips next time I brew.
1709.5 + 10 = 1719.5
