I just did a count of my empty carboys this morning :
11 - five gallon
3 - six gallon
2 - seven gallon
I have 2 lambics on deck that will tie up 2 of the six gallon carboys. Also have ~15 gallons of wine planned for this fall that will eventually end up in 3 five gallon carboys.
Currently full carboys include:
2 seven gallon carboys of Carmenere wine (Chilean)
3 gallons of port
3 gallons of pear wine
5 gallons of RIS
7 gallon carboy - Flanders Red
5 gallons Chianti
5 gallons Sangiovese
6 gallons Malbec
6 gallons Grenache
5 gallons Reisling
Currently in plastic fermenters:
6 gallons Irish Red
5 gallons Dubbel
Do I have a sickness?
