Two months ago I made a few batches of cider: 1x 5-gallon batch and 2x 1-gallon batches. They've been sitting in my guest room for two months now completely untouched. In all reality it will be another month before I can get the chance to bottle it. Its been steadily around 80* in the room and i used Lalvin EC-1118. I have not broken the seal on any of the three buckets. Should I be concerned about it going bad? Any preventative measures I can take to keep it from spoiling?

With minimal headspace, cider can sit on the yeast for at least a year and many people do exactly that. Me, I drink mine when fermentation is finished.

I agree that there really is nothing to be concerned about if the cider has been aging two months. You make reference to a "seal". Does that mean that you have "bottled" or casked the cider or is the seal in fact a bung with an airlock. In which case you might want to check to make sure that there is still enough water in the airlock given the 80 degree temperature in the room.
