Okay, I'm back through the hundred I missed....

This thread, although I did laugh a few times, is almost to informational, way to much to absorb in one thread.

I miss Gary.

We try to keep the facts straight so that people can learn. If we provided straight informational data and discussion, people would get bored, so we mask the knowledge within nonsense.

My FIL always tells a story about being stationed in South Korea ~30years ago. Goes out and there's a donut stand and they look great. He takes a bite into it and it's filled with fish. :drunk:

That made me wrench. Wait doughnuts in South Korea did not seem out of place to you at the time???

Ok, so I read a dozen or so pages here and I didn't see anyone mention the real solution to the baby fermenting. I hope I didn't miss it. Because I'd hate this to be a repeat.

Sugar Babies ferment quite well :)

My niece got one of these for easter this year. Is it just me or do they make you think of the Peep-centipede? Freaky.

Thats not candy, those are Tums.

Neccos are the bees knees man! Especially the choco ones.

On another note, we got an old coworker a Costco size thing on tums once as a gag gift. The moron ate the whole thing in one day because they "tasted like sweet tarts"

Nope.. those are the greatest. I read 2 books on it. I understand at the molecular level why they delight the tastebuds and emit wonder.

You know nothing about candy clearly.. read a book.. gosh.

Necco Wafers are the oldest candy in the U.S.. Not that the candies themselves are old, although that might be debatable. Necco stands for New England Confectionery Company started in 1847. Still your best buy in tooth-cracking confections.

I love NECCO wafers. It's right up there with Atomic Fireballs and Lemonheads.
