Hey senordodo which split are you refering to when you say you want to split? I'm assuming the crystal but I want to know before I put it on the spread sheet.

I can do both the crystal and aromatic you mentioned, sounds interesting.

If either of you want to split your half or go in 3rds I'd be in for the aromatic. btw, the crystal is amazing. I still have a good amount of Crystal 40L and the Bairds Dark left or I'd be up for it. I would be hard pressed to not buy only Bairds crystal in the future.

Yeah I agree on the baird's crystal got two varieties remaining from previous buys trying to complete my set. On the aromatic, I think I'd prefer halfing it. I'd like to third it money-wise but I feel like if I loved it I would run out too quickly. I've added both the split sacks to the the split section

In for a sack of MO and Pilsner. If the Breiss White Wheat malt (BM-5317) gets added to the sheet I would be interested in a sack or half split of that as well. Thanks for setting this all up.

Wow, that was fast. The first pallet is one bag away from being full. I'll do up to a second pallet, but not more. btw, the spreadsheet seems to work well, but if anyone has ideas of improving it or other ways to track the buy please email/PM me.

Remember, all prices are estimates and I'll get a quote with actuals after everything fills. If you want to add a grain to the spreadsheet please email me. Also check to make sure what you're requesting is on the Country Malt price sheet.

1/3 to 1/2 good here too. If no one else joins us, then I guess we'll still buy. I've never used it either, but I'm curious. I think it's kinda like MO, only less so.

Whatever they come up with on the thread in the Recipe/Ingredients forum. signpostbrewing.com and http://www.bear-flavored.com/2012/09/culturing-conan-aka-alchemists-heady.html have more to say on the subject than I, since I've never used pearl malt, conan yeast or tasted Heady Topper. Alas.

When both pallets are full (assuming we get that far), you'll pay Schaez via Paypal; he'll place the order once all the money is there. Everything comes unmilled. If you don't have a mill, you can buy a corona for around $30 on Amazon or buy one of the pricier models.
