Hi, tracyk, which LHBS did you try? There are several now in the Houston area, and at least two in Houston itself. A new one opened recently (Farmboy Brew Shop). I haven't had a chance to stop by, but they they may be receptive to the idea as it will surely bring in new people to their store.
