Somewhat noobie question here: I added bittering hops to the wort as soon as it was on the flame, well before boil. The hot break has been incredibly green and smells hoppy. Am I losing any of my hop addition by skimming the hot break? Should I add hops to compensate to maintain my IBU target?

I guess my question was both for that brew and for others...many times when I'm skimming hot break it appears that there's some hop sediment that ends up within the break. Just wondering if that affects the IBU count, because it seems like I am taking some hops out of the boil when I skim.
