Hey there.

I know nugget and mosaic are supposed to be a favorite combination of a lot of people, and nugget and willamette work well together. Has anyone tried Willamette and mosaic together? I was wondering if the fruitiness/citrus in the mosaic would work with the earthiness and spiciness in Willamette. If nobody has tried this I'm just going to brew up my last nugget/willamette batch (will post recipe on request) and dry hop it with an ounce of mosaic, see how it turns out.

Thanks for any thoughts on the matter.

Somebody correct me if I am wrong, but I think the commercial for Guinness' new blonde lager stated it uses willamette and mosaic hops. If so, you should pick up one and try it out. Though I can imagine it being low on the hop flavor.

Hop flavor and aroma are very low in that beer.

I've made a brown that was moderately hopped with Willamette and Centennial. Turned out really nice, and I'd imagine that switching out the Centennial with Mosaic would work well.
