Good morning everyone! I'm designing a rye saison and am having a difficult time choosing hops that will blend with the spicy and earthy tones of the rye. My grain bill is posted below. What do you recommend?

For 5 gallons and 1.065 OG:
5 lbs pilsner
5 lbs pale
2.25 lbs rye
.25 lb chocolate rye (for color)
1 lb amber belgian candi sugar (for boil)

I'm going with my tried and true Wyeast 3711.

Please help me choose the right hops. Thanks!

Styrian Bobek are great in Sisons.
Citra,Amarillo and Simcoe, whilst not traditional,in my experience, are amazing with rye.

I agree with Don Rikkles. Also Sorachi Ace and EKG have always contributed nicely with Saisons.
