I'm about to prime my cider. What should I use for priming, honey or Dextrose/Maltodextrin combo? I have both.

Corn sugar or regular table sugar would work fine. Honey could also be nice, but IME takes longer to finish carbonating.

I typically use honey or table sugar. Maltodextrin is generally unfermentable by yeast.

Follow standard priming calculators.

I'm adding Maltodextrin just for the fact it is unfermentable. It adds a bit of mouthfullness to the cider.
