I will start off saying that one of my best buds, who is from Rochester, NY, showed me this a few years ago. Its nothing complicated its just about getting the right ingredients. You can substitute, but it wont be the same I promise.
Now down to business....
You get "White Hots", a variety of hot dog better known up north( I had never even heard of one until he gave me a pack) thats similar to a white sausage. Cook the white hots in Dundees Honey Brown and add a little salt and pepper when you plate. Thats it!!! Like I said, nothing complicated but absolutely delicious. It is also very well complimented with a good spicy brown mustard.
