Alright guys this is my first post but i have been lurking for months now and used all the great information to design a couple of my own beers (extract for now). I will be getting into all-grain this. Anyways..... What i'd like to do is create a homebrewtalk IPA.
Rules are it needs to be an all-grain beer, 5-gallon batch and must be in the guidelines (OG,FG,ABV, Color) of an IPA or Double IPA.
You can only post one ingredient, instruction or techniques IE: mash temperature, one of the grains, one of the hops with time. And it has to cost under $80.00 to brew.
Obviously we are going to have to adjust for mash efficiency and water volume but that's not a big deal.
