I always wondered what my first post would be, and it's finally here. Let me just give a quick thanks to everyone who contributes to this forum for the vast amount of knowledge that is available here.
So... I did some searching but couldn't find the exact answer I was looking for, nor do I know if this is the right topic to put this under. I am thinking of entering a homebrew competition (my first one just for kicks), but my brew day is going to be dangerously close to the deadline for getting bottles in.
My question is, what exactly do they do with your bottles after you turn them in? The competition itself isn't for two weeks after the deadline so my thought process is that even if I only bottle a week before the deadline, they should be able to bottle condition for another week or so, right?
Thanks in advance.
