Really love that HF is slowly releasing some vintage bottles for on-site consumption. Am I imagining it, or do these releases seem limited to Wed- Fri? I've been limited to Saturday visits as of lately -- maybe my timing has just been unlucky.

Ive seeen things drop on saturday, but if you go on a busy saturday more than likely you will not get anything. Best bets for getting anything is on a non-release wednesday or thursday based of the mental algothrim i constructed off the recent trends for special drops.

Sweet, bright acidity with a hint of citrus and mineral funk, not much buckwheat taste left unfortunately. Still an absolutely spectacular beer.
