So happy to find this forum. I've gotten a toneof great info that has saved me time, money, and made my upcoming brewing processes surly better. I brewed my first batch 2 weeks ago and realized, post-brew, I had no idea what I was doing. The users here are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I set out to brew beer so that batch after batch, I can have great fun tweaking variables to produce things I'll love.
