Hi, my name is mike and I am a recent brewaholic... It started several years ago when I helped a friend brew up a well I don't recall what it was. I just popped the top on my first home brew a holiday ale extract. at the same time I was transferring a winter lager (not a true lager) to a secondary must say this beer is mighty tasty (mostly because I did it myself with a friends helping hand) needless to say my primary is empty and I have an itch to put something in it (probably on saturday) which means I am probably going to need another secondary... I foresee this being a vicious cycle that I NEVER want to get out of LOL
