Hi, I am Oli,
I am a homebrewer Since 2019, when due to Covid all other hobbys failed. I am a „native“ Chemist and work as a teacher in a German kinda Highschool. I am experimenting with all kind of beer-styles on a single vessel malt-pipe system. I found this group by a friend, when I was looking for a recipe for a „Heady Topper“-clone. I have done 44 batches and 1000l beer so far. Since i am German I‘d like to excuse my humbling English. Thx for having me.
