I am brewing from home with an eBIAB setup using a 13.2-gallon (50L) kettle, no sparge, powered by a BrewUno with a 3.5kW heating element. I’ve been diving deep into the world of craft beer, and I love experimenting with bold flavors and styles.
My go-to brews are Imperial Stouts, Pastry & Smoothie Sours, and hop-forward DIPAs/IPAs. Whether it’s dialing in that rich, roasty stout profile, pushing the limits of fruit additions in sours, or chasing the perfect haze and bitterness balance in IPAs, I’m always up for the challenge!
