OK, let me first say I am not the most refined palate out there and probably worse since many of the IPA's are so hop forward that I think I lost a bit. But, I ran into Sierra Nevada Peach Little Think IPA. Wow, I got the peach right away and man is it good. I looked at the recipe on their site and they bitter Magnum to 18 IBU's and then the rest is a hop called Alora. I have to see if I can get this one, cause it is really good. Check it out if you can, I recommend it.

fwiw, allegedly morebeer.com has 2024 Alora in stock - and they're about the only ones afaict...

Cheers!
I sent Sierra Nevada a message to see what they would be willing to tell me. It was a very very distinct peach finish that I would say was nice. I can see having too many might wear the stomach and the taste buds out though. LOL

If you get pallet fatigue then it’s time to switch it up to something a little lighter.
