Recently purchased a brinkmann turkey fryer and when I got home I realized that it has a safety feature that shuts the gas off to prevent overheating, will this affect me when brewing beer?

Recently purchased a brinkmann turkey fryer and when I got home I realized that it has a safety feature that shuts the gas off to prevent overheating, will this affect me when brewing beer?

Other than running out and pressing the button before the burner shuts off...no! I have one like that and have used it 2 times. Bought another becuase I forgot to push the button a couple times and found the burner off. I have been meaning to look at taking it off somehow.
