Here is my recipe for my first try at a Belgian IPA.any critiques and help are welcome:

That hop bill seems a little light for most IPAs, and the belgian yeast is going to over power the hops on a normal day anyway. I'd definitely up the hop bill. Love the hop combos though :rockin:
 
I think the grain bill is a little busy. You should get most of your flavor from the yeast and hops; 7 fermentables will get in the way. You also might want to add some dry hops and/or mix in something European, like Saaz or Styrian Goldings.
