i brewed a honey orange hefeweizen from the hbt database and was wondering how long to leave it on the yeast. (primary only) i usually leave my beer for three weeks before bottling. i was wondering if that is too long for a wheat beer

Not too long, but for my hefe's I do two weeks in the primary and then bottle. They seem to always be ready to bottle by the two week mark while some other styles I'll leave three weeks in the primary.

thanks for the help i will probably bottle after two weeks. then i have astout that has been aging for a little over 3 months plus a cain and abel clone that have to be bottled the next week. really didn't want to bottle fifteen gallons at the same time
