I've been reading through lots of setups, and got the go ahead from SWMBO to put a couple of taps in our kitchen wall as part of a remodel.

I picked up a Danby 5.2 cf kegerator from Costco for $369, and ordered a 2 tap fridge faucet upgrade from kegconnection. While this may have cost a little extra, it was worth it to me to not have to modify the fridge much.

The refrigerator is going in a well vented cabinet under the counter, with the beer lines running out the back of the cabinet, into the wall, and up to the taps.

Now the dilemma: I need recommendations for keeping the lines cold from the fridge up to the taps using computer fan blower that's been well documented. Although the total run is under 5', there are a couple of turns I'm worried about.

When the lines come up out of the fridge, they'll have to make an immediate and relatively tight 90 degree turn to go into the wall. Once in the wall, the lines can make a longer sweeping 90 degree turn up to the shanks.

Any issue with the turns? Would I be better off possibly cutting out a 2" hole around where the hole for the external CO2 take is, and if so, anyone know if it's safe to cut there? Picture attached.

Finally, any guidance on using 2 1/2" pvc covered with insulating foam, or is insulated 3-4" flexible ducting preferred?

Thanks for the help!
