I'm tinkering with Brewfather to see if it is something I want to keep using for managing things. I'm using a PicoBrew Z for brewing. I'm having a hard time setting up the equipment profile so that the volumes of water and other calculations come out properly.

Is there any kind soul here who has done this and could lend a hand? Thanks!

I have 20 gallon Spike kettles and used my profile in BS3 as a starting point. The only thing I had to change was the grain absorption rate and the water/grain ratio from the default settings on Brewfather.

I am not familiar with PicoBrew Z specs or anything. However, under Profile->Equipment->Select Equipment Profile, they have several profiles that you may be able to match as a starting point. Then after each batch you brew, you can make slight adjustments where needed. Don't forget the altitude adjustment as well......

Profile for PicoBrew is now included. Please let me know how it works out.
