Give it more time, like another 2 weeks to be safe. The yeast will clean up after itself, assuming fermentation temperatures are reasonable (60s).

Let us know how it turns out, we're interested.

I couldn't resist..... The gravity today (day 5) was 1.028 @ 50 degrees. I need to finish at 1.013.

George

Day 15 the gravity was 1.014.... I believe I'll be crashing it this weekend and putting it in a keg for thirty days.

I'd bring it up to the mid 60s for a few days to allow for a drest and then crash it. But that's just my opinion.

Yeah that's the plan (taken from your other posts). It's been at 68 for just about 4 days so far. So I think it will be good to crash this weekend. Thanks for all the help!
