Family friendly? Playground? Hard pass.

I'm seeing a lot of these brewing incubators. I won't name what brewing but from the outside it seems a new model of a brewery is as an investment. Get a brewer to setup a bunch of recipes and seems they move on. Using LinkedIn I've seen brewers having several positions that they've moved on from once an opening announcement hits the papers/err internet

I could be wrong. Plus it's Framingham and has a large audience so the family friendly will get a lot of support. A large portion of breweries have ran away from that headache. Just my opinion.
