I want to brew this afternoon, but I am not feeling very decisive. I want to brew something sessionable (I am thinking 1.050 or less), and hoppy at the same time. I have a large slurry of Nottingham and my 13 gal conical is open.

I have the following base grain:
~20lb Pale
~20lb Wheat
~15lb Vienna
~5lb Munich
~5lb MO
Plus some C40 and Carapils.

I have the following hops:
CTZ
Cascade
Chinook
Amarillo
Magnum
Meridian
Columbia
Summit
Sterling
Santium
Tett
Hellertau
Goldings
Fuggles

Please help, what would you brew?

I'd brew 11 gallons of "session IPA". Just because I like it, and I'm brewing something like that tomorrow.

15 pounds pale malt
4 pounds vienna malt (or light Munich)
1 pound wheat malt (for head retention)

CTZ for bittering- 25 IBUs with this addition
2 oz chinook 15 minutes
2 oz amarillo 10 minutes
2 oz cascade 5 minutes
1 oz amarillo flame out
1 oz chinook flame out

I'm actually doing a 1.054 IPA with pale malt and a tad of victory malt (2%) with magnum for bittering and then amarillo/simcoe in the late additions. I love amarillo, and I like it alot with chinook as well as simcoe.

I just doughed in with the above. I upped the grain bill a little as I have been struggling with low efficiencies the last couple of brews.
