Hey everyone,

I'm just getting into brewing. I've made one extract brew, roughly following the Cincinnati Pale Ale in John Palmer's How to Brew. Although, looking back at it now I"m not sure how I ended up changing it so much. Turned out quite drinkable, if a little bitter, so all is well!

I just ordered my ingredients for my next batch, an Irish Red ale. I've also just discovered the Brewers Friend calculator which should make things easier. I'm also going to try steeping some specialty grains. Should be fun! :mug:
