Hello fellow brewers!

I am going to get serious and brew some GF beer real soon. I've got my own equipment but it's been awhile. Last season I tried somewhat of a Sorghum Ale with coco nibs and it tasted like a grapefruit. Big fail. I'll be poking through the forums looking for suggestions on brews but I guess the first step is where to get awesome GF malted ingredients for the home brewer like myself.

Try Glutenfreehomebrewing.org for GF malts and enzymes. There’s a bunch of good information on this forum. Cheers

Just saw you're from Seattle. Great to see some GF Seattle brewers!!! I'm in Shoreline and always want to meet fellow GF brewers.
