I started fermenting fruit wines and distilling them a few months ago on a shoe string budget.
Now I want to try my hand at a beer. Apparently there used to be a few homebrew fellas in taiwan but no longer so supplies are non-existent here.
I visited the states for christmas and picked up a bunch of ingredients to make an attempt at brewing. I thought I was getting everything I needed but now i'm starting to realize I might have missed a few fundamental brewing concepts.
