Just a quick friendly message to introduce myself. Just started brewing with a mate and realised just how little we understand about the process of making our own cheap brews.

At the moment we have a Young's lager kit that has been fermenting for a week. It actually looks and smells a little like real beer so we are over the moon at the moment. But I'll bore you with that some other time. :rockin:
