Hello from Owensboro Ky

Hello everyone! My name is Brent and I am fairly new to homebrewing, but I am very excited about mastering this craft. I live in Owensboro Ky would like to find home brewers close to me. Currently there is nowhere close by to purchase supplies. Not one that has any kind of selection anyway. If anyone knows a supply store close let me know. I have even thought of opening my own if I found the demand to exist here.

I live close to Paducah so not real far from your area. I also found there to be no local stores for the home brewer here either. I get my stuff all online and that seems to work but shipping charges can add up fast.

Welcome to the board! Unfortunatley I can't offer you and tips to good homebrew shops, but I have been in Owensboro a few times and driven right past it on 71 going to Louisville more times than I can count.

My name is Brent Lee and I own Owensboro Beer and Wine Supply that is currently in Trader Bakers Flee Market on Hwy 60. In about two weeks I will be opening a full on Homebrew Shop at a new location and a much larger selection. Keep an eye out in the Trifty Nickle for my ad for the new location.

I went to a wedding in Owensboro two years ago. My wife was a bridesmaid and had six parties to go to, so we drove all over town for two days before the wedding.

Hello also a noob, on my 3rd batch with nothing bottled yet. I live in Louisville, we have LBHS but found that Liquor Barns sell most things you need and about 10-15% cheaper than the LBHS. Might be worth a look around Owensboro. Anyways good luck and if you make towards the ville hit me up.

I live in Tell City, IN and I'm looking for homebrew supplies. The closest place I found was in Jasper, IN until I found your booth at owensboro. I bought some stout, sugar and some equipment. Do you have any updates on when your larger store might be open?

We will be moving out of trader bakers on the 28th and the new store will be open to the public on March 6. We will be located at 1733 Moseley St right off 18th st. It's right behind coolectors mall.

I live east of owensboro, in daviess county. I just bottled my first batch yesterday. I purchased my equipment from a shop in louisville and my ingredients online from Austin Home Brew.
