Hello from North Central Washington

Hello All,
I'm very new to this hobby and have been enjoying learning and reading posts from everyone. I bought a basic brew kit in Spokane at the beginning of July along with a Munton's Connoisseurs Wheat extract. The recipe the store gave me also had me add a Briess light DME and dried sweet orange peel for steeping. Yeast was Safale US 05.
After 8 days of conditioning, I had to try cooling off a bottle and pouring it. Has ok carbonation already and tastes great! Looking forward to my next brew. Have a Brewers Best Cream Ale kit on it's way.

Holy Crap... you never see Spokane on this thread. Welcome!! I grew up in Republic, WA, went to school in Pullman, and just recently moved to Georgia. Cheers!

Not far from Republic myself. I'm in Okanogan and grew up in Colfax so I know Pullman very well too. Thanks for the welcome!
